SmartWoundCare app for iPhone and iPad

SmartWoundCare is a mobile healthcare application used to assess and track chronic wounds, turning paper-based form filling into electronic medical records. It adds some useful functionality to make the lives of healthcare workers easier, and ultimately is intended to improve healthcare workers and patients experience and allow for better tracking of wounds. The app automatically generates wound histories, image galleries, and notifies healthcare workers of deteriorating wounds and wounds that require assessment. The app is used to assess and track pressure ulcers only, and makes use of the Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing (PUSH) tool, and Bates-Jensen tool.
